A Happy Person I finally found a good agent. After months of calling I was fed up with First Team and Star in Huntington Beach. They must employ anyone who can talk. What poor examples for their company. They are the largest companies in Huntington Beach so it does not make sense to talk to anyone else. Finally I called and got in touch with Mike Stankewich at ZipRealty. What a difference! He knew what he was talking about, knew a lot about properties that where available, and actually got my attention. I worked with him and love his web sites. These tools are invaluable. As a programmer, I am amazed that Mike did these himself.
